Mud City #2

Grizzly at Mud City. The owner/operators of the Grizzly(s) were not following the correct procedure to operate a radial engine. They just start them and drive away: no hand cranking to clear the oil from the lower cylinders, no mandatory warm up. I for one would not like to buy one of these vehicles in the future and then have an engine failure due to improper operation. Not handcranking a radial is another variation on "Russian roulette". My M3A1 Stuart used to take anywhere up to 15 minutes to reach correct operating temperature even on a 25°C day!
