2 x missile variants of the Ferret. On the left a Mk 5 with
"Swingfire" installation. On the right is what is probably a Mk 2/6
with "Vigilant" missiles, although its MoD rego number if for a straight
Mk 2 vehicle.

Interior view of what is probably a Mk 2/3 Ferret, note the
cover over the master cylinder (light green object).

Ferret interior again. The driver has committed the ultimate
Ferret sin and left his vehicle parked with the gearbox engaged in neutral
(note the gearchange pedal is locked down).

Upper LHS front interior on a Ferret. Top left is British pattern
internal light (variable brightness), black box to it's right is houses 2
firing buttons for smoke grenades. Bottom left is a modern master switch
and to the right is a small man pack set I don't recognise.

|
Larkspur radio installation in the Ferret, as you can see,
it was a shoehorn job.

Top left is a man pack set, probably a B-47 or B-48 sitting in
the vehicle adaptor mount. Bottom left is the power supply, to it's right
is the main radio, this should be a C-42. British radios of that era
(1950s - 1960s)had their own inbuilt intercoms.

|
Typicallly Ferret, note how the radios butt up to the
commander's seat. They are a pain in lower back and kidneys.

More Ferrets - note the one in UN white. I am
glad someone else owns it as I would hate to have to keep it clean. Every
tiny oil leak would show. It looks lovely however and full marks to the
owner.

A Mk 1/2 with lots of kit. Note the very bruised LHR pannier. AS
panniers are very hard to get, you have to make do with what you have.
