Grant Dozer (civilian conversion).
(Ver 1)
From Colin comes the following information:
This is a M3 Grant Chassis sitting outside a Caravan Park/Private Museum in Country NSW, unfortunately the chassis is not for sale (I asked), I climbed up on top, it's all open to the elements, with years of foliage/compost sitting inside what was formerly the engine Bay, Fighting compartment & driver station, not much remains internally, the original armour body was Oxy cut away with the "Tin Work" a later addition by the current owner, which was simple placed on 2 internal horizontal braces welded across the fighting compartment & the "pseudo turret" placed on top , the engine bay is totally devoid of internal fittings including the floor access plate, you may also notice that the chassis has a mixed matched set of tracks, left being the rubber block type & the right being the later all steel Grouser type.
Best Regards Colin.

Note the very late pattern "solid" (no spokes) road wheels.
